Krisis Protection is dedicated to making the most reliable products possible. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So, if anything is wrong with your Krisis Bag product, we’ll work to make it right.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We take pride in the products we make and warrant that all Krisis Bags products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from a Krisis Bag authorised dealer;
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Krisis Bag authorised dealer;
  • You must return the product to Krisis Protection PTY LTD inside the blue carry bag for warranties to be valid.
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with guidelines.

If a defect occurs and the product is being used as intended in accordance with the care instructions, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The product guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, third-party modifications or repairs. Krisis Bags are intended for single-use; punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are excluded from warranty.
