ORLANDO, Fla. — 5 p.m. Update:
Scattered rain has already developed Saturday evening and will be moving through Central Florida from south to north through midnight.
Another wave of scattered rain will hit Monday morning and continue through early afternoon.
A cold front is moving in and will hit Monday night.
It’ll turn breezy and chilly behind that front for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Wednesday morning could see temperatures drop into the 40s.
If Orlando drops to the upper 40s, that would be the first fall dip into the 40s yet, which is later than normal.
For Thanksgiving, things are looking rather pleasant.
Thursday morning temperatures should be in the mid-50s with afternoon temperatures reaching the mid-70s.
Sunday morning remains pleasant with temperatures in the 60s and 70s.
It is going to be breezy again on Sunday. Winds will be out of the east-northeast at 10-15 mph, with gusts near 20 mph.
As the day moves on, temperatures will warm up and could reach 80 degrees.
Scattered showers are back in the forecast Sunday.
Our southern zones will see the best chance of rain this afternoon and evening.
Monday night our next front moves through the area.
This front will bring a big fall swing in temperatures.
Many Central Florida communities will wake to the 40s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
