...The National Weather Service in Springfield MO has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Kansas...Missouri...

  Little Osage River at Fulton affecting Bourbon County.

  Little Osage River near Horton affecting Vernon County.

  Osage River near Schell City affecting Vernon and Bates Counties.

  Osage River at Taberville affecting St. Clair County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Little Osage River at Fulton.
* From this afternoon to early Monday afternoon.
* At 1:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
  this afternoon to a crest of 26.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will
  then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, moderate flooding begins at the gage site.
  Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and
  Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles
  west of Fulton has flood waters four to six feet in depth.

  the Little Osage River near Horton.
* From Sunday morning to early Wednesday afternoon.
* At 1:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 26.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
  tomorrow morning to a crest of 43.8 feet Monday morning. It will
  then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 45.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs at the gage site.
  Low lying areas along Route D near Stotesbury flood.

  the Osage River near Schell City.
* From Monday afternoon to early Wednesday afternoon.
* At 1:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Monday
  afternoon to a crest of 30.6 feet early Tuesday morning. It will
  then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 31.0 feet, flood waters impact low lying areas west of
  Schell City.  County roads west and north of Route M become
  flooded. The Four River Conservation Area 10 miles west of Schell
  City floods.

* From late Monday night to Thursday afternoon.
* At 1:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
  Tuesday morning to a crest of 24.4 feet early Wednesday morning.
  It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 23.3 feet, The handicapped access to the Osage River
  launch area floods.
