Flash flooding impacts parts of Tri-State

TRI-STATE (WFIE) – Parts of the Tri-State saw flash flooding Monday afternoon and evening.

Leaders at Northeast Dubois School Corporation say they will have have an eLearning day Tuesday because of damage from flooding.

There was also flooding on streets in Newburgh.

Leaders in Daviess County say widespread flash flooding impacted travel across Owensboro Monday afternoon.

They shared photos of Frederica Street that were taken around 4 p.m.

The weather also caused some power outages.
